small query, since I'm debating on a character: if a character didn't have powers originally but got powers from their PG due to the mechanics of that game, would those powers transfer over if you were apping them here or not if you opted to go for no loss?

PG powers are a-ok, as long as they were already obtained at your character's canon point!
