Just because it's a little unclear.

Do people get a hundred points from Team Specific bonds?

Like if Clover a joke, they get two hundred. Does the person who hears the joke get 100?

Participating in another team's bond nets someone 100 points. This includes any sort of bond, so yes the recipient of the joke would get the points!
