possibly relevant only to eliza BUT if one has the skeleton of a corrupted animal (the island vipers, for example), does it stay monstrous after the Prism purification, or does it become something more normal?

And assuming with appropriate powers regained, would the skeleton be summonable at either stage? Her method is to invite scattered soul fragments (from one or more individuals) to puzzle together into one refurbished soul, which I don't know if the corruption would affect?

After purification, dead creatures' bodies remain in their corrupted forms, though the souls have been purified. Eliza's welcome to summon the skeletons, but it's up to you if summoning a purified soul into a corrupted skeleton goes a bit wonky.
